Leo was born in Argentina and has lived in São Paulo, Brazil, since 1998. He holds a Philosophy degree, an Education postgraduate degree and an MBA in International Business.
In 2019 was invited to be part of both, South-American and Pan-American Officiating Committees and was nominated to be part of the WSO Advisory Board in May 2020.
Leo is the current Officiating Director of the CBS (Brazilian Squash Confederation) and Vice-President of the Brazilian Officiating Committee.
