Leo was born in Argentina and has lived in São Paulo, Brazil, since 1998. He holds a Philosophy degree, an Education postgraduate degree and a MBA for International Business.
In 2019 was invited to be part of both, South-American and Pan-American Officiating Committees and nominated to be part of the WSO Advisory Board since May 2020.
Leo is the current Officiating Director of the CBS (Brazilian Squash Confederation) and Vice-President of the Brazilian Officiating Committee.
