World Squash Officiating (WSO) offers subscription-based access to online officiating courses and educational resources. This policy explains your rights and options regarding refunds for subscription purchases made through our website.

1. Overview

World Squash Officiating (WSO) offers subscription-based access to online officiating courses and educational resources. This policy explains your rights and options regarding refunds for subscription purchases made through our website.

2. New Subscriptions

If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase, provided you have not completed more than 20% of any course content. This cooling-off period is in line with UK and international consumer protection regulations.
Refund requests made after 14 days, or where substantial course content has been accessed, will be assessed on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

3. Recurring Subscription Renewals

You will receive a reminder notification, via email, before each renewal. If you wish to cancel, you must do so before your renewal date to avoid being charged for the next billing period.
Refunds are not routinely issued for renewal charges once processed. However, if you contact us within 48 hours of a renewal charge and have not accessed content in the new billing period, we will issue a full refund and cancel your subscription.

4. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting WSO or via your Dashboard. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically trigger a refund. You will retain access to course content until the end of your current paid billing period. Should you wish for your data to be removed, please ensure this is stated in your initial contact.

5. Inaccessible Content

If a technical fault on our part prevents you from accessing course content, please contact us within 7 days of the issue arising. We will work to resolve the problem promptly. Inaccessible content that is swiftly resolved will not be accepted as a cause for refund.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at info@worldsquashofficating.com. A member of the team will respond to your query within 7 working days.
Please include your full name, registered email address, and the reason for your request. Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method within 5 working days.

7. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection legislation, including your rights under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Customers in other jurisdictions may have additional consumer rights under local laws, which WSO does not seek to limit or exclude.
