To enhance your knowledge and skills, it is highly recommended for referees to make the most of the WSO resources and become a member of the WSO. By doing so, you will gain access to a wealth of information on the latest updates to the rules, techniques, interpretations, and strategies used in the game. The WSO gives you the opportunity to develop your abilities and move through the pathway by working through the training material (in line with your MNFs requirements) and the certification programmes offered by WSO.

Being a member of World Squash Officiating provides you with a platform to network with other professionals in the field. This allows you to exchange ideas, share experiences, and collaborate on best practices for effective officiating. Aspirationally, WSO is the provider to all PSA Squash Tour World Events and World Squash Major Championships and aspiring referees must be part of the WSO pathway to make it to this level of officiating.
