You will need at least one payment method in order for your subscription to be processed.
Once you have added a payment method, please review your subscription and ensure you “Update Payment Method”.
This can be done by clicking your subscription and selecting the “Update Payment Method” button in the top right-hand corner.
Once you have completed Step 1 & 2, your account should now be updated and allow the system to correctly manage your subscription.
You can confirm this by updating your account by viewing your “Dashboard”, “My Account”, “Subscriptions” and “My Billing” links.
