Being a referee in squash requires a deep understanding of the rules and regulations governing the game. Officiating is challenging because squash is so fast paced with players competing within a confined space. To enhance your knowledge and skills, it is highly recommended for referees to make the most of the WSO resources and become a member of the WSO. By doing so, you will gain access to a wealth of information on the latest updates to the rules, techniques, interpretations, and strategies used in the game. The WSO gives you the opportunity to develop your abilities and move through the pathway by working through the training material (in line with your NGBs requirements) and the certification programmes offered by WSO.
